PRE-ORDER
Capitolo I is currently available for pre-order.
Orders are expected to begin shipping from Sydney from approximately the 18th of August 2026. Should this timeline change, customers will be notified via email.

AUSTRALIA
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Estimated delivery:
• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location.

NEW ZEALAND
We currently ship to New Zealand.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery:
• 4–8 business days after dispatch.
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by local authorities.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.
Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to be prepared for dispatch once available.

RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If your item isn't quite right, returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition
• Returned with all original tags and packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Pax On Mars cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photographs of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
